ORDER, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy explains how yonghepercussion.com handles shipment arrangements, order processing, estimated dispatch timelines, international delivery, customs responsibilities, and related fulfilment matters for sample orders, quotation-based orders, and business purchases.
1. General Scope
Our Website primarily serves business customers, including distributors, wholesalers, importers, dealers, schools, institutions, and other commercial buyers.
Shipping and fulfilment arrangements may vary depending on:
- the product type;
- whether the order is a sample order or a bulk order;
- product availability;
- customization requirements;
- destination country or region; and
- the shipping terms agreed in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.
2. Shipping Origin
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, products are generally shipped from China.
If a different dispatch arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order, shipment may be arranged according to that written confirmation, subject to actual product availability, logistics conditions, and final confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping origin, dispatch arrangement, and fulfilment route based on product availability, logistics conditions, destination, and operational requirements.
3. Shipping Coverage
We support international shipping to many countries and regions.
However, shipping availability may be subject to:
- destination restrictions;
- carrier limitations;
- customs requirements;
- local import laws;
- sanctions or export control restrictions; and
- product-specific limitations.
We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain countries, regions, addresses, or recipients where shipment is not feasible, compliant, or commercially practical.
4. Order Processing and Fulfilment Timing
Orders are processed after relevant order details are confirmed and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, after payment has been received by us. An order is considered formally established after payment is received.
For standard products that are available for dispatch, shipment is often arranged within a reasonable period after payment confirmation, subject to the specific product, quantity, packing requirements, and current logistics conditions.
For OEM, customized, or special production orders, lead times vary depending on product type, quantity, specification, packaging, and production schedule. In general, OEM orders are often fulfilled within approximately 15 to 25 days, subject to confirmation for the specific order.
5. Shipping Methods
We may arrange shipment by courier, air freight, sea freight, truck delivery, consolidated shipment, postal service, or other logistics methods depending on the order type, destination, and commercial arrangement.
The shipping method may be:
- selected by us;
- agreed with the customer in advance; or
- specified in the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to choose a comparable shipping method where necessary for fulfilment, efficiency, or logistical reasons.
6. Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipping charges may be:
- shown separately in a quotation;
- included in a specific commercial offer; or
- confirmed after destination, quantity, and shipping method are determined.
Any freight estimate provided before final order confirmation is for reference only and may change based on actual carrier rates, dimensional weight, fuel surcharges, route changes, customs factors, or other logistics conditions.
7. Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, tariffs, and related import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for:
- ensuring that ordered products may be lawfully imported into the destination country or region;
- obtaining any required permits, approvals, or import documents;
- completing customs procedures where required; and
- paying all applicable customs duties, VAT, GST, sales tax, import tax, brokerage fees, or similar charges.
We are not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, import refusals, confiscations, or additional charges imposed by local authorities or carriers.
8. Delivery Times and Transit Risk
Delivery times may be affected by many factors outside our direct control, including:
- product availability;
- order volume;
- carrier capacity;
- customs processing;
- holidays;
- weather events;
- port congestion;
- force majeure events; and
- destination-specific delivery restrictions.
Transit times provided by us or by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise specified in a quotation, invoice, or written shipping term, risk allocation and delivery responsibility shall be governed by the specific commercial arrangement confirmed for the order.
9. Delays, Product Availability, and Supply Interruptions
If a product is delayed, temporarily unavailable, or affected by a supply interruption, we will generally reconfirm the lead time with the customer before proceeding or as soon as reasonably practicable.
Depending on the situation, we may, at our discretion:
- provide an updated shipment estimate;
- suggest a substitute or alternative product where appropriate;
- arrange split shipment if feasible; or
- discuss other available options with the customer.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delays caused by product availability constraints, production adjustments, customs processing, shipping carrier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and consignee information, including:
- recipient name;
- company name where applicable;
- shipping address;
- postal code;
- contact number;
- email address;
- tax or customs information where required; and
- any specific delivery instructions.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
11. Partial Shipments
Where reasonably necessary, we may arrange partial shipments, split shipments, or staged fulfilment depending on product availability, packaging considerations, product readiness, or operational conditions.
If partial shipment is material to your order, we may communicate this to you in advance where practical.
12. Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments promptly upon arrival.
If the goods appear visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped, the customer should:
- retain the outer packaging;
- take clear photographs and videos;
- record relevant shipping labels or carton markings; and
- notify us promptly.
Claims relating to damaged goods, wrong shipment, or similar issues are subject to our separate Return, Refund & Claims Policy and the applicable reporting period stated therein.
13. Failed Delivery or Refused Shipment
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:
- incorrect address;
- failure to complete customs clearance;
- refusal to pay import duties or taxes;
- failure to accept delivery; or
- inability to contact the consignee,
the customer may remain responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, storage fees, customs charges, and any other related losses or expenses incurred.
Any re-shipment, refund, replacement, or further handling in such cases shall be subject to our review and written confirmation.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay, failure, or interruption in shipment or fulfilment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- war;
- epidemic or pandemic events;
- labor disputes;
- transportation disruption;
- customs intervention;
- government action;
- power outages;
- supply chain disruption; or
- carrier suspension.
In such cases, fulfilment timelines may be extended for a reasonable period, and we may communicate revised arrangements where possible.
15. No Guaranteed Delivery Date Unless Confirmed in Writing
Any expected shipping date, dispatch estimate, or transit timeline displayed on the Website or communicated before final confirmation is for reference only unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding.
We do not guarantee fixed arrival dates for international shipments unless specifically agreed in writing.
16. Relationship with Other Policies and Documents
This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy should be read together with our related policies and the commercial documents issued for a specific order.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping & Fulfillment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices, dispatch arrangements, logistics conditions, legal requirements, or business operations.
Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
