Sample Policy

1. Purpose of Samples

Samples are offered primarily to support business evaluation before bulk purchase or further commercial cooperation.

Samples may be used for purposes such as:

• checking product quality;
• reviewing material, finish, or workmanship;
• testing market suitability;
• confirming buyer expectations; and
• supporting internal purchasing decisions.

Samples are intended as a pre-order evaluation tool for business customers and are not the same as ordinary retail purchases.

2. Availability of Samples

Not all products shown on the Website are available for sampling.

Only selected products may be eligible for sample requests, and sample availability is subject to actual product type, product availability, destination, shipping feasibility, and our internal review.

We reserve the right to decide whether a specific product may be offered as a sample.

3. Sample Charges

Sample charges are handled case by case. Some samples may be charged, while others may be handled differently depending on the product, quantity, customer type, and business context.

Where applicable, part of the sample fee may be refunded or credited after a formal order is placed, subject to our review and confirmation for the specific case.

Any sample price, if provided, is for the specific sample arrangement only and does not automatically represent bulk pricing.

4. Shipping Costs for Samples

Shipping costs for samples are also handled case by case.

Depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and commercial background, sample freight may be borne by the customer, covered in part by us, or otherwise arranged through separate discussion and confirmation.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, sample-related shipping costs should not be assumed to be free.

5. Quantity of Samples

The number of samples that may be approved for a request is determined case by case.

We may consider factors such as:

• product type;
• product availability;
• destination;
• shipping cost;
• customer profile; and
• the seriousness of the purchasing intention.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of any particular quantity.

6. Who May Request Samples

Sample requests are generally intended for business-related users, such as:

• institutions;
• commercial buyers; and
• other customers with genuine product evaluation or procurement needs.

We may request additional business information before approving a sample request.

7. Review and Approval

When reviewing a sample request, we may consider factors including:

• whether the product is sample-eligible;
• product availability;
• shipping practicality;
• destination country or region;
• the nature of the customer inquiry;
• business cooperation potential; and
• previous communication history.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, limit, delay, or condition any sample request at our sole discretion.

8. Right to Refuse Sample Requests

We expressly reserve the right to refuse any sample request.

Without limiting our discretion, we may reject or limit a sample request where:

• the requested product is not sample-eligible;
• product availability is limited or insufficient;
• shipping is impractical or excessively costly;
• the request appears incomplete, abnormal, or non-genuine;
• the applicant does not provide sufficient business information;
• the request volume is unreasonable; or
• the request otherwise presents operational, legal, or commercial concerns.

9. Sample Orders and Bulk Orders Are Different

A sample request or sample arrangement does not create any obligation for us to accept a bulk order, nor does it guarantee that future production arrangements, product availability, packaging, freight, or quotation terms will be identical to the sample arrangement.

Likewise, a sample approval does not guarantee continued sample availability for future requests.

10. Sample Refund or Credit After Formal Order

Where we agree that a sample fee may be refunded or credited after a formal order, such refund or credit is handled subject to our confirmation for the relevant order and transaction.

Any such adjustment is not automatic unless we expressly confirm it.

The specific handling method may depend on:

• the sample involved;
• the later order amount;
• the order timing; and
• the final business arrangement.

11. Shipping Origin and Delivery of Samples

Sample shipments are generally arranged from China, unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing for a specific case.

Sample lead time, dispatch timing, and transit duration depend on:

• product availability;
• sample preparation;
• destination;
• shipping method; and
• logistics conditions.

All shipping dates and delivery timelines for samples are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

12. Non-Returnable Nature of Samples

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, sample orders are generally non-returnable.

13. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting a sample, the customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including where relevant:

• name;
• company name;
• contact information;
• destination country or region;
• requested products;
• intended use; and
• other information reasonably requested by us.

Customers are also responsible for complying with any import, customs, tax, or regulatory requirements applicable in the destination country or region, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

14. No Resale Expectation

Samples are provided for evaluation purposes unless otherwise expressly agreed. We do not guarantee that samples are intended for resale, mass distribution, or public commercial circulation.
