How the Sample Request Process Usually Works
Sample requests are not handled as a public online ordering process. Communication comes first, then sample feasibility, approval, and shipping arrangements are confirmed offline.
Share Your Company Information and Requirement
Tell us your company information, target products, intended use, project background, and any priorities such as specifications, packaging, certificates, or lead time.
Confirm Sample Suitability and Internal Review
We review the product, request purpose, quantity direction, and communication details to determine whether samples can be arranged. Internal review is required, and some requests may not be approved.
Confirm Sample Charges and Shipping Terms
Sample charges, quantity, freight responsibility, and dispatch arrangements are confirmed according to the actual request. There is no fixed public sample price.
Arrange Dispatch and Provide Tracking
After confirmation, we prepare and ship the samples from China. Tracking information is normally provided after dispatch.
Follow Up and Move into the Next Stage
Our sales team follows up on sample feedback. If the sample is approved, we continue with bulk discussions. If the sample is not approved, we first communicate revisions and reconfirm the sample direction.

Sample Rules
- Samples are available for business buyers only
- Online direct sample submission and automatic sample dispatch are not supported
- We do not publish dedicated sample SKUs, sample packs, or sample bundle pages
- Sample suitability, quantity, and SKU combination are confirmed case by case through communication
- Customer company information is required before the sample process moves forward
- Repeated requests for the same sample are not accepted
- Internal approval is required, and some sample requests may not be approved
We do not publish a public sample product list on this page. Actual suitability is confirmed according to the product, request details, and communication outcome.
Charges and Shipping Basics
- Sample charges are determined case by case
- There is no fixed public sample price
- Some sample costs may be credited toward a later order, while some may not, depending on the actual case
- Free sample conditions, if any, are also determined case by case
- Freight is usually paid by the customer; in special cases, it may be covered by the factory
- Samples are usually shipped from China
- In-stock samples are usually arranged within 1–3 days; custom samples usually require 7–15 days
- Shipping methods can include international express or sea freight, depending on the actual request
